The three principals of BIP bring 70 years of combined experience in the International equity industry in the US. Dominic Freud, Stephan Pizenberg and Wai Yim have held senior positions such as Head of International equities, Head of European equities and Senior Portfolio Manager at leading firms including OppenheimerFunds, Societe Generale and Banque Paribas.

 

During those years the partners developed a large and close network of the key buy side and sell side industry players. We have strong relationships with some of the top international and global equity fund managers in the industry as well as with most of the top salespeople and international equity desk heads from the leading investment banks and equity brokers.

 

This network of key investors and influencers allows us to optimally serve strategic investor relations needs of our corporate clients related to interaction with US based international investors.

 

Our services include :

 

Strategic advisory work. We work with senior management and the Board of Directors to optimize strategy for shareholder value creation, including advice on capital allocation strategy, shareholder returns and balance sheet optimization. We will survey the opinions of leading fund managers, buy side analysts and sell side analysts relating to concerns about the company and its strategic direction and incorporate the findings into our recommendations.

 

Investor relations work. We help craft the message to the institutional investor community and effectively disseminate the message to that constituency. We   organize non-deal roadshows, as well as overseeing broker sponsored non-deal roadshows to ensure optimal exposure for our clients.

 

Ongoing contact with key constituents. We maintain regular contact with key investors, potential investors and the sell side to get feedback for management of our corporate clients.
